Warranty Policy

GSE International warrants the GSE products for a period of one year from the date of manufacture (S/N), to be free from defects in material and workmanship. If, during the specified warranty period, you believe the purchased product or any part thereof has such a defect, you must return the product during such period, with proof of purchase, to the factory or local office for repair or replacement of the defective part. If the product or part is found to have been defective in material or workmanship, it will be repaired or replaced, free of charge, and returned to the purchaser.

The warranty shall not apply to any product, which in GSE Ints’ judgment has been subject to misuse, negligence, or accident.

THE MANUFACTURER LIMITS THE DURATION OF THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF

MERCHANTABILITY TO THE LIMITED WARRANTY PERIOD SET FORTH ABOVE, AND OTHERWISE DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT AND ITS PARTS, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, accident, abuse, or alteration, modification of the unit by anyone other than GSE Int or accessory not manufactured by GSE Int.

GSE International’s total liability for any and all claims, damages, losses, and injuries

arising out of or relating to any breach of warranty shall not exceed the purchase price of the product. IN NO EVENT, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, SHALL GSE INTERNATIONAL BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE, DIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL ARISING OUT OF THE USE, MISUSE, OR INABILITY TO USE THIS PRODUCT.

The remedy provided in this Limited Warranty for a defective product is the purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy, subject to your state law. Further, this Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which may vary from state to state.
